A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PART-TIME HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide super customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 35-40 WPM
  • Customer service skills
  • Phone skills
